A printed jersey is only as good as it looks at the end of the season. Ours are built so the last game looks like the first.
- Dye, not ink
- Sublimation bonds the colour into the fibre instead of sitting on top of it. There is nothing on the surface to crack, peel or wash away.
- Printed before it is cut
- The design is laid across the fabric first, then the panels are cut from it. That is why the artwork runs clean through the seams.
- Sewn in the same shop
- Printing and tailoring happen under one roof, so a fit problem is a walk across the room — not a week of shipping.
The process
How an order runs
Five steps from the first message to the box on your table. No stage of it leaves Burgos Street.
- 01
Tell us the job
Message us the sport or the department, the quantity, and a rough deadline. A photo of something you like is enough to start.
- 02
We mock it up
Our designers send back a front-and-back layout with your logos in place. Revisions are unlimited and free until it is right.
- 03
Sizes and downpayment
Come in for a fitting or use our size chart. The run is scheduled once the roster and the downpayment are in.
- 04
Print, cut, sew
The approved artwork is printed into the fabric, cut to pattern and sewn on our own floor — the stage we never outsource.
- 05
Check and hand over
Every piece is checked against the roster before pickup or delivery. Anything that missed the spec goes back on the machine.
